Chronic Pain Consultations

Jean will be offering discounted 30 minute consultations for those living with chronic or persistent pain. When you book you will need to complete client history forms and return to jean before appointment. In this way you can be given self-help ideas to begin to take your chronic pain into your own hands and start to make positive changes. Bookings are available on Wednesday 26 & Thursday 27 from 10am to 5pm
